These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgenticPress platform, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Agentic Press ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Washington, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AgenticPress is a cloud-based subscription service that automates WordPress content enhancement using artificial intelligence. The Service connects to your self-hosted WordPress site(s) via the AutoPress plugin and executes AI-powered tasks (such as category management and affiliate content generation) on a scheduled or on-demand basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed at agenticpress.bot/account/plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
All fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not issue partial-month refunds, plan-change refunds, or refunds for unused service. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at billing@agenticpress.bot within 30 days of the charge.

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models provided by third parties (such as OpenAI and xAI), to generate and modify content on your WordPress site(s). You acknowledge that:
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including PayPal (payments), OpenAI and xAI (AI models), and your WordPress hosting provider. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of any third-party service.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your WordPress content and data) — including the AgenticPress platform, the AutoPress plugin, software, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Agentic Press. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site and database. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTIC PRESS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agentic Press and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your WordPress site(s) or content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the member portal. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases; your WordPress site(s) and their content remain unaffected as they reside on your own infrastructure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington for any disputes arising under these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are participating in the AgenticPress beta program, you acknowledge and agree that the beta version of the Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could cause system failures, data corruption, or unintended behavior. The beta is provided solely for testing and feedback purposes and may change at any time.
You understand that:
By participating in the beta, you assume all risks associated with using pre-release software. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta version of the Service.
Participation in the beta is voluntary, free of charge, and may be terminated by either party at any time.
