Get started
Follow these steps to install the AutoPress plugin and connect your WordPress site to AgenticPress.
⬇ Download AutoPress PluginAgenticPress uses your AI and search keys. Gather these before you expect a run to publish. Full setup walkthroughs are on the What you need page.
One writing provider is enough. You paste it into Settings → Agentic Press as OpenAI API Key or xAI API Key.
Needed only if you want the runner to find real products. Google is two pieces: a Search Engine ID and a Custom Search JSON API key. SerpAPI is the second source. Skip Brave — we recommend this pair.
Download the AutoPress plugin ZIP file using the button above. Keep the file as a ZIP — do not unzip it. WordPress installs plugins directly from the ZIP.
In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP file you just downloaded and click Install Now, then Activate.

Head to agenticpress.bot/signup and create a free account. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card required.
After signing up, your API key will be shown on screen. Copy it — you'll need it in the next step. This key is shown only once.
Back in your WordPress admin, go to Settings → Agentic Press. Paste your API key into the Service API Key field and click Save Settings.

The plugin will connect to AgenticPress and register your site automatically. You'll see a green confirmation status if the connection is successful.
In the plugin settings, configure which WordPress categories AgenticPress should generate content for. For each category you can choose the AI model, writing style, and how often to run.
You can also set a content schedule — pick which days and times you want AI runs to happen. AgenticPress will handle the rest automatically.
Add your writing key (and search keys if you run affiliates) in the same settings screen. See What you need if you do not have them yet.
That's it. AgenticPress will run AI content jobs on your WordPress site according to your schedule — generating posts, assigning them to categories, and publishing drafts automatically.
You can manage your plan, update settings, add sites, and review run history anytime from your AgenticPress dashboard.
